UGC NET 2018 Exam Date, Admit Card: The hall ticket will be available to download from November 19 at the official website ntanet.nic.in

UGC NET December 2018 Admit Card, Exam Date: The UGC NET examination will start from December 18 and will continue till December 12. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the schedule of examinations on Wednesday, October 24, in its official release.

The candidates who will appear for the examinations scheduled to be held from December 18 can download the admit card from November 19. The admit card will be available to download at ntanet.nic.in, and will contain the details of city and centre.

December 18, 2018 (Tuesday): 9:30 AM to 1 PM

December 19, 2018 (Wednesday): 9:30 AM to 1 PM

December 20, 2018 (Thursday): 9:30 AM to 1 PM

December 21, 2018 (Friday): 9:30 AM to 1 PM

December 22, 2018: 9:30 AM to 1 PM

UGC NET 2018: New exam pattern

From this year, NTA will conduct the exam and instead of 3 papers, there will be only 2 papers – paper 1 and paper 2.

– Paper 1: It will be of 100 marks and will contain 50 objective type compulsory questions. Each question will carry 2 marks and will be of general nature and will test the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate.The duration of the same will be one hour (9:30 am to 10:30 am).

– Paper 2: It will be of 100 marks and will contain 100 objective type compulsory questions. Each question will carry 2 marks and will be based on the subject opted by the candidate. The duration of the same will be two hours (11 am to 1 pm).
