In the TNPSC Group 2 Preliminary Examination, candidates are not subjected to negative marking, meaning incorrect answers do not result in penalties. Each accurate response carries a weightage of 1.5 marks toward the total score.

Following the review of any legitimate objections raised by candidates, TNPSC will publish a final answer key. This finalised key will serve as the basis for computing official results, incorporating any amendments or clarifications made during the objection process.
