Coimbatore district has topped with 96.02 per cent students passing from the district alone. With 95.56 per cent pass percentage, Erode district is ranked at the second and Tirupur district is at the third with 95.23 per cent passing percentage. The top 5 districts from last year were Tirupur: 96.38 per cent students pass, Erode: 96.18 per cent students pass, Coimbatore: 95.73 per cent students pass, Namakkal: 95.60 per cent students pass, and Tuticorin: 95.43 per cent.

The pass percentage in TN HSE plus 1 result in the science stream is 94.31 per cent, while it is 86.93 per cent in commerce, 72.89 per cent in arts and in vocational, it is 78.72 per cent.

Students who fail to qualify TN HSE 1 exams will have the option to appear in the supplementary exams. The TN supplementary exam dates will be announced after the declaration of result.
