Telangana TS Inter 2023 Results: 25% weightage awarded in EAMCET based on Inter result cancelled

Of the total 4,82,675 students who appeared under general and vocational streams for the first-year exam, 2,97,741 have secured passing marks. In the TS Inter second year, 2,95,550 students out of a total of 4,65,478 who appeared for the exams passed.

The total pass percentage for the first and second years is 61.68 and 63.49 percent respectively. The results are available on tsbie.cgg.gov.in and results.cgg.gov.in.

Girls outperformed boys once again securing a pass percentage of 68.68 percent as compared to boys, who secured 54.66 percent, in the first year. In the second-year results too, girls scored a pass percentage of 71.57 percent as compared to 55.6 percent scored by boys.

This year’s pass percentage in general stream has fallen from 64.85 percent in 2022 to 62.85 percent in the first year and to 67.27 percent from 68.68 percent in the second year.

A coloured version of the marks memo will be available on the board’s website tsbie.cgg.gov.in from 5 pm on May 9.

Reddy said candidates may apply for recounting and supply of scanned copy cum re-verification of evaluated answer scripts. Students can pay exam fees for the advanced supplementary exams between May 10 and 16 at their respective colleges.

TSBIE secretary Navin Mittal said the board has arranged for psychologists and psychiatrists and advised students to call the toll-free number 14416 if they faced stress and anxiety.

The IPE 2023 exams were held between March 15 and April 4. A total of 9,48,153 students had applied for the first and second-year intermediate public exams at 1,473 exam centres across the state. The answer scripts were valued by nearly 13,000 evaluators at 15 spot valuation centres.
