The official website of UGC NET — ugcnet.ac.in will host the December 2023 result (Express image/ file)

NTA has released the provisional UGC NET December 2023 answer keys. Candidates were also allowed to raise objections against the answer key by January 5. The UGC NET 2023 December exam final answer key has not been released yet.

According to the UGC NET December 2023 marking scheme, each question carried two marks and no negative marks would be cut for incorrect responses. Questions unanswered, un-attempted, or marked for review would also not fetch any marks.

If a question in UGC NET December 2023 is found to be incorrect, ambiguous or has multiple correct answers, only those candidates who have attempted the question and chosen one of the correct answers would be given the credit.

If a question is found to be incorrect and the question is dropped, then two marks will be awarded to only to those candidates who have attempted the question. The reason could be due to human error or technical error.

For multi-shift papers, raw marks obtained by the candidates in UGC NET December 2023 exam in different shifts and sessions will be converted to NTA score and percentile.
