CUET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) today (June 7) released the provisional answer keys of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the provisional answer keys at the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
Students will be able to raise challenges till 5 pm of July 9.
This year, the CUET UG exam was held between May 15 and 29, 2024. A total of 13,47,618 students registered for CUET UG 2024, out of which there were 7.17 lakh male candidates, 6.30 lakh female candidates and even 7 transgender students registered for the exam.
Step 1: Visit the official website — exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG
Step 2: Click on the ‘Provisional answer key’ tab given on the home page
Step 3: Login by entering your email id and password
Step 4: Choose the required questions to be challenged
Step 5: Pay the fee and submit required supporting document
Step 6: Submit the objections for review
The challenges against the provisional answer key will be evaluated. Based on the objections which will be valid, the final answer key will be prepared. Results will be declared on the basis of final answer key.
For each correct answer, candidates will be rewarded five marks each and for an incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted. At the same time, the questions that were unanswered or marked for review will not be marked zero.
In case of any questions if more than one option or all options are found correct 5 marks will be given to candidates for correct question. In contrast, if all the options are incorrect, or the question is dropped then a full 5 marks will only awarded to candidates who attempted the question.
