Candidates who are set to qualify their final year undergraduate exams in the ongoing session, can register to appear for the national level entrance test for postgraduate admissions. In order to submit applications, candidates who are eligible, can apply on the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg.
According to the official CUET PG 2026 notification issued by the NTA, the online registration process will go on till January 14. Subsequently, the testing-agency will open a correction window for allowing candidates to edit or rectify details in their application forms between January 18 and January 20. The NTA has announced that the exam for CUET PG 2026 will be conducted in the month of March, with exact subject-wise dates to be announced in due course.

The entrance test will cover 157 subjects, and admissions to postgraduate programmes across participating institutions will be based on CUET-PG scores. The exam will be conducted in 292 cities, including 16 centres located outside India.
In the previous edition, more than six lakh candidates had registered for the examination, while 5,23,032 candidates appeared for CUET-PG 2025, translating to an attendance rate of close to 80 per cent.
