MCC NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 2: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced that Round 2 counselling for NEET UG 2025 will begin on August 29. This round is meant for candidates who either did not secure a seat in Round 1 or wish to upgrade their allotted seat. The entire process will be conducted online through the official portal — mcc.nic.in.
To participate, candidates will need to log in using their NEET UG 2025 roll number and password. MCC has stated that the detailed revised schedule for Round 2 will be published shortly on the official website.
According to the official notice released by MCC, Round 2 counselling will commence on August 29. The complete schedule, including choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting dates, will be made available soon on the MCC website.
Round 2 is open for candidates who fall into the following criteria:
–Candidates who did not register or participate in Round 1.
–Those who registered in Round 1 but were not allotted a seat.
–Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 but did not report to the allotted college.
–Applicants who wish to upgrade their Round 1 seat.
However, candidates who have already accepted their Round 1 seat and reported to the allotted institute are not eligible for Round 2.
For offline reporting after seat allotment, candidates are required to carry a set of essential documents. These include both academic certificates and identification proofs, along with other supporting documents as applicable at individual level:
–NEET UG Admit Card issued by NTA.
–NEET UG Scorecard / Rank Letter.
–Class 10th Certificate and Marksheet.
–Class 12th Certificate and Marksheet.
–Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Driving License).
–Passport-sized Photographs (8–12 copies).
–Provisional Allotment Letter downloaded from MCC portal.
–Proof of Fee Payment (counselling fee and security deposit).

Additionally it is advisable to carry the original documents along with two to three sets of self-attested photocopies of each.
