The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released the list of test cities for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024. The allocated test city will be communicated to all concerned candidates through email on July 29, following which the test venue will be intimated through admit card which will be released on August 8.

Candidates should note that they will not be able to exercise the choice of shift (morning or afternoon) in which they will be allowed to take the examination. “The timings for both the shifts will be notified in due course,” the official notice stated. This will be the first time that the test will be conducted in two batches.

The NBE postponed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, Postgraduate (NEET PG) on June 22, a few hours before the exam was scheduled to be held as a precautionary measure. “This decision has been taken in the best interests of the students and to maintain the sanctity of the examination process… fresh dates will be announced at the earliest,” the ministry said in a statement.
