The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 admit cards for the August 3 exam has been released by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on July 21 released the exam intimation slips for the NEET PG 2025.
After downloading the NEET PG admit card, candidates should verify all the details it contains. Key information to check includes the candidate’s name and photograph, roll number, application number, exam date and time, as well as the exam centre’s details and address. Additionally, candidates should carefully read the instructions provided for the examination day.
It is important for candidates to ensure that all information on the admit card is accurate. If any discrepancies are found, they should immediately contact the NBE for correction.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of India scheduled August 3 for hearing a series of petitions concerning the transparency of the NEET PG examination process. A bench comprising Justices K Vinod Chandran and NV Anjaria briefly took up the matter, which involves issues related to the release of answer keys and the evaluation mechanism adopted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
According to a PTI report, one of the petitions, filed through advocate Tanvi Dubey, challenges the lack of transparency in the evaluation process and seeks multiple directions to the NBE. The plea demands the release of question papers and answer keys to candidates, along with details of correct and incorrect responses as assessed.
The petition argues that the absence of such disclosures undermines the integrity of the exam and adversely affects the rights of candidates. It also seeks directions for revaluation or rechecking in case of discrepancies in marks, as well as mechanisms to allow candidates to challenge disputed questions or answers in both current and future NEET PG cycles.
