The TS EAMCET 2023 is conducted by the JNTU on the behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). The Agriculture and Medical (Pharmacy) exam were conducted on May 10 and 11 during the morning shift i.e., from 9 am to 12 pm and evening shift i.e., from 3 pm to 6 pm. The engineering exam was conducted from May 12 to 14 during both the forenoon and afternoon shifts.
The response sheet for Agriculture and Medical (Pharmacy) was available from May 14 from 6 pm onwards. Students could raise objections to the Agriculture and Medical (Pharmacy) stream from 6 pm of May 14 to 6 pm of May 16. The response sheet for Engineering entrance examination was available from May 15, challenges could be raised from the same date from 8 pm to May 17 till 8 pm.

The total number of students who registered for Agriculture and Medical stream of TS EAMCET 2023 were 1,15,332 out of which 1,06,514 students appeared for the exam. A total of 91,935 students cleared the exam and pass percentage stood at 86.31 per cent.

The TS EAMCET website is still not working, the result was declared at 9 am by Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy.
The pass percentage stood at around 86 per cent in the Agriculture and Medical stream and 80 per cent students passed the engineering entrance exam. Girls outperformed boys with nearly 82 per cent pass percentage while boys secured around 79 per cent pass percentage.
A total of 3,01,275 students had appeared for the exam this year, out of which 1,95,275 appeared for Engineering entrance exams and in the 1,06,000 students appeared for Agriculture and Medical stream. The State Education Minister lauded the efforts of the University officials along with police and other departments. This year the results were being released in 16 zones in Telangana and five in AP. There were 104 centres in Telangana.
