(Representative image/ Express photo)AP Inter 1st Year and 2nd Year Results 2024 Declared: The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) on April 12 announced the intermediate public exam (IPE) first and second year results. The students can check their IPE results at the official website — bie.ap.gov.in and resultsbie.ap.gov.in.
The Board will begin the revaluation process from today (April 13) with its deadline on April 24. The students who are not satisfied with their marks can now apply for recounting, and re-verification of evaluated answer scripts within the prescribed deadline.
As per the official release, the supplementary and improvement exam will be held between May 24 and June 1.
The pass percentage this year is 67 for the general 1st year and 78 for the general 2nd year. The IPE exams were conducted from March 1 to April 19 for the first year, and the second year intermediate exams were held from March 2 to April 20. Over 10 lakh students registered for the exams.
In the 1st year general category, out of 460,273 students who appeared, 310,877 successfully passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 67 per cent. In the 2nd-year general category, out of 393,757 students who attended, 306,580 passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 78 per cent.

The top performing districts in 1st year results are, Krishna 84 per cent, Guntur 81 per cent, NTR dist 79 per cent. The least performing district is ASR district which scored an overall pass percentage of 48 per cent.
Like 1st year, Krishna has been recognised as the top performing district in 2nd year exams too. The top-performing districts are, Krishna 90 per cent, Guntur 87 per cent, NTR 87 per cent, Vizag 84 per cent, and the least performing district is Chittur which scored an overall pass percentage of 63 per cent.
Students must note that the scorecard issued is provisional, and they are required to collect the original mark sheet from their school authorities later.
