Kerala +2 Result 2024 Updates: 78.69% pass Plus Two exams, check results at results.kite.kerala.gov.in

To check result via mobile apps, follow these steps-

To check Kerala Plus Two results, students will have to key in their registration number and date of birth.

The Kerala education board has now activated the +2 direct link for results at results.kite.kerala.gov.in

The Kerala +2 result link has not been activated yet. The Plus Two direct link will be activated at results.kite.kerala.gov.in after 4 pm

If students have been unable to qualify the Plus two exams, then they can appear for SAY (Save a Year) / Improvement exams, which will be conducted from June 12 to 20.

Students can follow these steps to check their score cards through official websites-

Step 2: Click on the link that reads ‘DHSE class 12 result’ available on the homage
Step 3: Enter the necessary credentials such as roll number, registration number, date of birth (DOB), and verification code to log in.
Step 4: Check and click on ‘submit’ and the result will appear on the screen

Since the pass percentage has seen a dip of over 4% this year, the state Education Minister V. Shivankutty has announced an inquiry into the poor performance of government schools in this year's Plus Two exams. The report should be submitted within two weeks, he announced.

This time only 7 government schools achieved 100 percent pass rate.

A total of 105 students scored 1200 out of 1200 marks in Plus Two results declared today by the Kerala Education Minister V. Sivankutty at 3pm.

Along with the Kerala Plus Two results, the Vocational Higher Secondary Exam result has also been declared in which the overall pass percentage has been recorded at 71.42 per cent.

This time 63 schools have achieved 100 percent result in the Plus Two examination, which is a drop from last year's 78 schools

For students who fail to get the passing grade in today's Kerala Plus Two results, they will have the option of appeared for the save-a-year exams. This time, the Kerala Plus Two SAY exams will be held from June 12 to 20

The district with the highest pass percentage of Kerala Plus Two results is Ernakulam (84.12 per cent), while the lowest is Wayanad (72.13 per cnet). Last year, Malappuram district had the highest number of A+ students (4,897), while Ernakulam had emerged as the best performing region with a pass percentage of 87.55 per cent.

This time the pass percentage is 84.84 per cent in science category of plus two exams, which was 87.31 in 2023. The pass percentage in Commerce is 76.11 per cent, which was 82.75 last year, and the pass percentage in Humanities is 67.09 per cent which has dipped from 71.93 per cent of 2023.

This year, 39242 students secured A+ grade in the Plus Two results. In 2023 Kerala Plus Two results, a total of 33,815 students had secured the A grade.

This time the pass percentage in Plus Two exam is lower than last year. The education minister stated that this time there was a decrease of 4.26% in the pass percentage compared to 2023

This time, a total of 441120 students appeared for the Kerala Plus Two exams, out of which 294888 appeared and only 78.69 per cent passed the exams.

In 2021, DHSE +2 arts result had the lowest pass percentage of 80.04 per cent. DHSE +2 Science and Commerce had a pass percentage of 90.52 per cent and 89.13 per cent respectively.

In the DHSE Kerala Plus Two Result 2022, a total of 78 schools have recorded a 100 per cent pass

Open School stream (SCOLE Kerala) students who passed the Kerala Plus Two exams in 2023 were 48.73%. Pass percentage of private compartmental candidates was 31.25%. The pass percentage in technical and art streams was 75.30% and 89.06%, respectively.

Last year, the overall pass percentage for Vocational Higher Secondary Exam (VHSE) was recorded at 78.39.

The General Education Minister V Sivankutty will announce the Kerala Plus Two results today at 3 pm.

Kerala declared SSLC (Class10th) results on may 8, for which the pass percentage was recorded at 99.69%.

Students who did not pass the exam have to appear for supplementary exams, the details of supplementary exams will be released soon.

This year the Kerala board exam for plus 2 were conducted with a 15 minutes of cooling off period, where theory subject exam was conducted from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm and the subject with practical exam was conducted from 9:30 am to 11:45 pm expect for biology and music exams that were held on different time. 

To check scores through official websites —dhsekerala.gov.in, results.kerala.nic.in or kerala.gov.in — candidates have to click on the Class 12 results link, then login required credentials.

The exams for which was held between March 10 and March 30. The overall pass percentage for the 2023 plus 2 exam was 88.37 per cent.

In 2023, a total of 4,32,436 students appeared for the +2 exam and 28,495 students appeared for the VHSE exam, securing an overall pass percentage of 82.95 per cent.

Science had the highest passing percentage of 87.31 per cent, whereas commerce stood at 82.75 per cent and humanities at 71.93 per cent. 

Also, a total of 33,815 students scored A plus for class 12 exam and for VHSE 372 students secured A+ the previous year, whereas 78 schools recorded a  100 per cent score.

This year, the class 12 board practical evaluations were held from January 22, 2024, and the model exam was held from February 15 to February 21.

Students will be able to access it from the official website – prd.kerala.gov.in, keralaresults.nic.in, result.kerala.gov.in, examresults.kerala.gov.in, results.kite.kerala.gov.in. The +2 result will be available at the PRD Live Mobile App.

This year, the board exam for HSE or Class 12 commenced on March 1, 2024 from 9.30 am to 12.15 pm for the subject without practical, whereas practical exam subjects were held between 9.30 am and 11.45 am, whereas the biology and music exams will be conducted from 9.30 am to 11.55 am and 9.30 am to 11.15 am respectively.

As per the official announcement, DHSE will announce the Plus 2 result on May 9 at 3 pm. As soon as the result is declared, students will be able to access it from the official website – prd.kerala.gov.in, keralaresults.nic.in, result.kerala.gov.in, examresults.kerala.gov.in, results.kite.kerala.gov.in.
