List of scholarships and eligibility Institute Scholarship - Academic Excellence: The student should score the highest CPI in discipline, all UG students (except 1 year) are eligible, the number of Scholarship given every year is 18 (6 Disciplines * 3 batches), amount of scholarships that will be given to the students will be of Rs 2,000 per month, and duration of this scholarship is for 10 months. - Excellence in Sports & Games: The student should score the highest CPI in discipline, all UG students (except 1 year) are eligible, the number of Scholarship given every year is 6, amount of scholarships that will be given to the students will be of Rs 2,000 per month, and duration of this scholarship is for 10 months. - Excellence in Arts & Culture: The student should score the highest CPI in discipline, all UG students (except 1 year) are eligible, the number of Scholarship given every year is 2, amount of scholarships that will be given to the students will be of Rs 2,000 per month, and duration of this scholarship is for 10 months. - Excellence in Social Work & Leadership: The student should score the highest CPI in discipline, all UG students (except 1 year) are eligible, the number of Scholarship given every year is 2, amount of scholarships that will be given to the students will be of Rs 2,000 per month, and duration of this scholarship is for 10 months. - Free Basic Messing Assistance: The eligibility criteria for this scholarship is BTech and MSc Program (Maths, Physics & Chemistry), annual parental income is not more than Rs 4,50,000, the candidate will be awarded Free Basic Messing and Rs 250 as a pocket allowance, and duration of this scholarship is for 10 months. Donor scholarships Students in IIT Gandhinagar also can avail donor scholarships. The institute has been offering over 70 donor scholarships. The eligibility criteria for each of the donor scholarship differs. The scholarship amount under the donor scholarship ranges between Rs 50,000 to Rs 2 lakh.
