ICAI CA Inter, Foundation Results 2024: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the CA results for the Foundation and Intermediate exams . Candidates can check CA Foundation and Inter scorecards at the ICAI websites — icai.nic.in, icai.org or icaiexam.icai.org.
For the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) CA Inter results 69227 candidates appeared for Group 1 exam. The pass percentage of group 1 candidates is 15.17. On the other hand, for group 2, 50760 candidates appeared from which 8117 cracked the examination. The pass percentage for group 2 is 15.99.
For the CA Foundation, males have a passing percentage of 20.47 while female candidates have 18.76. In the September Foundation Examination, 78,209 candidates were admitted and the exams were held across 453 Centers.
Here are the steps candidates can use to check results. Visit the official website of ICAI and log in with credentials. The result is displayed on the screen and download and take a printout for further reference.
Those who pass the CA Inter exam and are seeking articleship have to register for CA Final by October 31 to begin their articleship, provided they have completed ITT and GMCS. This registration will help save six months in preparation for the CA Final exams, suggest former ICAI chairman Dheeraj Khandelwal.
Candidates who wish to receive the result via a registered mobile number or email can register at icaiexam.icai.org. Students who register will get their results emailed to them soon after the result declaration, as per the official notice. The Intermediate examination was held in September with 1,39,646 candidates appearing and exams were held across 459 centres.
The ICAI CA group 1 exams were conducted on September 12, 14 and 17 and group 2 exams were held on September 19, 21 and 23. The foundation exams were conducted on September 13, 15, 18 and 20. Meanwhile, ICAI has also announced the exam dates for the January 2025 exams.
As per the official schedule, the Foundation course exam will be held on January 12, 14, 16 and 18, 2025 and the Intermediate Course exam will be conducted on January 11, 13 and 15 for Group I and January 17, 19 and 21 for Group II.
In Papers 3 and 4 of the Foundation Examination, there will not be any advance reading time, whereas, in all other papers/exams mentioned above, an advance reading time of 15 minutes will be given from 1:45 to 2 pm.
