IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the recruitment notification for the posts of Clerk and PO. The registration process and the detailed recruitment notification have been released today (June 7) on the official website — ibps.in.
The application process will continue till July 27. At present, the institute has released a short notification regarding the recruitment drive. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill Group A -Officer (Scale 1, 2, and 3) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) across IBPS Regional Rural Banks (RRB). IBPS is expected to release the exact number of vacancies along with the notification soon.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have cleared graduation can apply for PO and SO posts. Those who completed post-graduation can also register for the posts.
Age limit: Candidates within the age group of 20 to 30 years can apply for the posts at IBPS.
The recruitment process for the exam involves three stages — prelims, mains, and interviews. For the post of IBPS Clerk, candidates will be selected via prelims and mains exams while for the post of PO, the selection will be based on the prelims exam, mains exam, and an interview process.
The prelims exam for the post of IBPS PO and Clerk will be conducted on August 3, 4, 10, 17, and 18. The PO mains exam will be held on September 29 Clerk main exam will take place on October 6. The single mains exam for Officer Grades 2 and 3 will be conducted on September 29 as well.
Those who will be selected for the PO position will get a salary between Rs 52,000 to Rs 55,000, and the candidates securing the position of SO, will get between Rs 38,000 to Rs 39,000. Last year, the recruitment drive was held to fill 3049 PO and 1402 SO positions.
