HPBOSE HP Board 12 Result 2022: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) announced the Class 10 matric results for the 2024 board exams on May 7. Students who appeared for the exams can check their HP Class 10 results at the official website — hpbose.org and also at indianexpress.com.
This year, the Class 10 HP board matric exams were conducted from March 2 to March 18 in pen and paper mode between 8:45 am and 12 noon. The overall pass percentage is 74.61%.
A total of 91622 candidates registered for their HP Class 10 exam of which 91130 appeared. A total of 67,988 students have passed the exam this year and 12613 have failed.
The HP Class 10 matric exam results are released in a press conference, the scorecard link is available at the official website – hpbose.org.
To check the HPBOSE Class 10 result online, students have to visit the official website. After that, they need to click on the link for ‘HPBOSE Class 10 Result 2024’ on the homepage. Then enter your details such as roll number and date of birth. The matric result 2024 will be displayed on the screen. Once the scorecard is visible on the screen, they can download it for future reference.
Students will have to contact their respective schools for the original mark sheet soon after the declaration of the result for the Himachal Matric examinations 2024.
Last year, the board declared the result on May 25. A total of 91,440 students appeared in the HPBOSE Class 10 exams last year and 81,732 passed. The pass percentage last year stood at 89.7 per cent. In 2022, over lakh students appeared for the class 10 board exams. The overall pass percentage was 87.5 per cent in 2022.
Students not satisfied with the HPBOSE Class 10 results will have the option to apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of their answer scripts. Students who failed to clear the HP BOSE Class 10 exam will have to appear for the compartment exams. The details of rechecking and compartment will be announced during the declaration of HPBOSE Class 10 result.
