NTA CUET PG City Intimation Slip 2025 Updates: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the city intimation slip for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2025 this week. Once released, the CUET UG candidates can download the city intimation slip from the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG/. They have to download using their application number, date of birth, and captcha code.

CUET PG 2025 will be held between March 13 and April 1 across 43 shifts of 90 minutes each. The exam will be held in three shifts – 9 am to 10: 30 am, 12: 30 pm to 2 pm and 4 pm to 5:30 pm. This year, as mentioned in the press release 4,12,024 unique candidates have registered for 157 subjects.

CUET PG Admit Card 2025 – Date, Direct link, Advance Exam City Slip

Candidates can expect that the city intimation slip will be released 10 days before the CUET PG examination. Students need to remember that the city intimation slip is not an admit card. They will be allowed to enter the exam hall using hall tickets, however, for the convenience of students, NTA releases city intimation to know the city where they will appear for the examination.

NTA CUET PG City Intimation Slip 2025 Live Updates: Documents to carry in exam hall?
  • Print copy of the CUET PG admit card. The hall ticket must be downloaded from the NTA website. It must also have a proper Self Declaration (undertaking) from the candidate.
  • One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded in the CUET PG application form). The passport-size photograph will be pasted on the attendance sheet during the examination.
  • A valid ID proof for verification purpose. The following documents that can be carried by students are - University/College Identity Card/ PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/E-Aadhaar with photograph/ Ration Card with photograph/ University Admit Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph.
  • If a candidate is from the PwBD category, then he/she must bring a PwBD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer.
  • A simple transparent Ball Point Pen.
  • All calculations and written work must be done exclusively on the Rough Sheet provided in the Examination Room or Hall at the Test Centre. Upon completing the test, candidates are required to hand over the Rough Sheets to the Invigilator on duty in the Room or Hall.

    Applicants desiring to get into a central university and other CUET PG participating universities for admission to PG courses will have to go through the changes introduced this year before filling the application form.

    The CUET PG official website is now exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG. The CUET PG official website has uploaded the information brochure, syllabus, answered to frequently asked questions and other details on eligibility, number of subjects, participating universities and colleges. 

    The NTA has increased the registration fees for all categories by Rs 200 compared to last year. Candidates belonging to the general category will have to pay Rs 1,400 to register for CUET PG 2025 and those under OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS will have to pay Rs 1,200. Candidates had to pay Rs 600 for additional test papers last year. However this year, for each extra test paper they wish to appear, the general category candidates will have to pay Rs 700. 

    The NTA has decreased the number of exam city centres for the CUET PG 2025 examination from 300 in 2024 to 285 in India. The total number of exam centre cities across the globe is however 312. Candidates will be able to select four cities of their choice on the basis of their permanent address or present address. Last year, candidates were able to select only two cities.

    This time, candidates are allowed to choose up to four test papers or subjects. The question papers will be available in English and Hindi, except for the 41 language papers, MTech/higher sciences, and Acharya papers. The MTech/higher sciences papers will be in English only, while Acharya papers will be conducted in Sanskrit, except for the Indian Knowledge System and Baurdga Sarshana, which will be trilingual—in Hindi, Sanskrit, and English. The Hindu Studies paper will be offered in both Hindi and English.
