CSIR-UGC NET June 2024 Registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the deadline for the registration process for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR-UGC NET) 2024.

As per the revised timeline, the deadline for application form has been extended to May 27 (up to 11:50 pm). Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website to register — csirnet.nta.ac.in.

CSIR-UGC NET 2024: How to apply

Step 1- Visit the official website of the exam – csirnet.nta.ac.in

Step 2- Click on the link available for filling out the application form

Step 3- Click on the ‘New Registration’ button

Step 4- Download the CSIR NET information brochure and read the instructions on the page carefully

Step 5- Click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page and select on the ‘Click Here to Proceed’ button. On clicking the button, the CSIR NET Registration Form will open on the screen.

Step 6- Fill in all the given details asked in the registration form

CSIR-UGC NET June 2024 is scheduled to be held on June 25, 26, and 27 in a computer-based test (CBT) mode. The medium of the paper is both English and Hindi. The exam duration is 180 minutes or three hours and the paper will include objective-type questions with multiple choices.

There will be five papers in the exam: Chemical Sciences; Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences; Life Sciences; Mathematical Sciences; Physical Sciences.
