CBSE invites renewal application for Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship

The Central Board of Secondary Education has invited renewal application forms from the eligible applicants who have been granted scholarship under Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship. This is for the year 2014.

The last date for receipt of online renewal applications is December 15, 2018. The candidates have to send the hard copy of the online application on or before December 31, 2018. The renewal application is available on the National Scholarship Portal (www.scholarship.gov.in).

Through, Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students, CBSE aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from low income families to meet a part of their day-to-day expenses while pursuing higher studies. The board provides scholarship on the basis of the results of senior secondary examinations.
