Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) 10th Result 2023 Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is expected to release the Bihar matric exam results by March-end. The BSEB exams were conducted between February 14 and 22. Once released, candidates will be able to download marksheets from the official website – biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

This year, the Bihar Board modified the exam pattern for class 10 board exams. More MCQ-based questions were introduced as well as the choice options were increased. With this, the passing marks criteria also changed.

As per the new criteria, candidates are required to score a minimum of 30 per cent marks in each subject to qualify for BSEB Class 10 exams. All five papers of the Bihar Board matric exam carry 100 marks each making it a total of 500 marks. Students need to score a total of 150 marks to pass the matric examination.

Last year, the BSEB announced class 10 results on March 31. The total pass percentage was 79.88 per cent. Ramayani Roy was declared the topper of BSEB Class 10. She scored 487 marks. The first division was achieved by 4,24,857 students, as many as 5,10,411 students secured the second division and 3,47,637 got the third division.
