BSE Odisha board Class 10th result updates: When can I check matric result?

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha, Cuttack, will declare the Class 10 result on May 26. The BSE Odisha official website – bseodisha.ac.in – will make the Class 10 Odisha board result link live.

Over 5.5 lakh students appeared in the Class 10 examinations this year held between February 20 and March 4. Students who fail to pass the BSE Odisha Class 10 exams will be able to appear for the Odisha Board compartment exams. The details of BSE compartment exams will be announced during the Class 10 result declaration

The BSE Odisha board for the first time will make the Class 10 result certificates available of all examinations including the AHSC, Madhyama and SOSC first online and WhatsApp. To get the BSE Odisha Class 10 result certificate through WhatsApp, the students will have to send a “ BSE / Hi” WhatsApp message to 7710058192 and thereafter follow the instructions as per the messages received.

Last year, the Class 10 BSE Odisha result was declared on May 18 and the exams were conducted between March 10 to March 20. In 2022, BSE Class 10 Odisha board result was declared on July 6 for the exams conducted between April 26 to May 6.

The BSE Odisha board exam for Class 10 was conducted in 2,991 examination centers in the state. 

In 2023, a total number of 2,53,633 male students and 2,58,827 female students passed the Odisha Board exams, the HSC students recorded an overall pass percentage of 96.04 per cent. 

In 2022, the overall pass percentage was 90.55 per cent, with 8,119 number of students receiving A1 grade and 54,889 number of students getting A2 grade.

The Odisha School and Mass Education Department has asked the schools to make sure 100 per cent of the students pass Class 10 board exams 2024 and at least five per cent of the students in each school get an A1 grade.

In a first, the BSE Odisha installed artificial intelligence (AI)-powered cameras in examination centres and in strong rooms, where question papers were stored for better monitoring of class 10 board examination.
