UP Board class 10th math paper sent on WhatsApp group In another instance of paper leak in Uttar Pradesh, recently a centre in-charge of an examination centre has been booked for allegedly sharing the UP Board Class 10 mathematics paper in an official WhatsApp group. The incident took place on the morning of the exam at Chaudhary BL Inter College. According to sources from the education department, the exam was in progress on Saturday when, at 9:37 AM, the centre administrator, Anju Yadav, posted the math paper in the official examination WhatsApp group. Static Magistrate Brijesh Kumar stated that upon discovering the matter, he sought an explanation from Anju Yadav and had the paper removed from the group. The issue was then reported to District School Inspector Dr. Indrajit Singh, following which Kumar filed a complaint at Jaithra Police Station later that evening. Based on the complaint, a case has been registered against Anju Yadav under the relevant sections of the Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. Authorities have seized her mobile phone, and an investigation is currently underway to assess the full extent of the breach. - with inputs from PTI
