Assam SEBA HSLC 10th Result 2025 Highlights: Amishi Saikia tops, 5,336 students get Distinction in Matric exam

Step 1: Go to the official website at education.indianexpress.com.

Step 2: Sign up by providing your contact number and email ID.

Step 3: Locate and click on the Assam board exam result link displayed on the homepage.

Step 4: On the next screen, choose Assam SEBA Board from the list of options.

Step 5: Enter your roll, number and registration number to access your HSLC Matric results.

Step 1- Visit the HSLC result 2024 Assam official website – asseb.in, sebaonline.org or assamresult.in

Step 2- Go to the Assam HSLC 10th result 2025 link.

Step 3- Enter the roll and number and fill out the captcha in the designated boxes.

Step 4- Click on the ‘Submit’ button and download the Assam board Class 10 matric exam result.

Over and above the Assam board result websites - asseb.in, sebaonline.org and assamresults.in, the HSLC 2025 matric result is also available at ASSEB Results mobile app. Students can download the app from Google Play Store. The ASSEB Results Mobile App has viewing and Class 10 result marksheets downloading facility. The Mobile App, according to the board, also contains some additional features to provide more information to the candidates.

In 2025–26, the Education Department will prioritise focused interventions in these two social sectors - Scheduled Castes and Tea Garden communities - to bridge the learning gap and promote inclusive educational growth, the education minister said.

The pass percentage this year has seen a drop from 75.7 per cent in 2024 to 63.98 per cent this year. The pass percentage among the male students is 67.59 per cent and among the girl students, it is 61.09 per cent.

The SEBA matric result marksheet hard copies to failed candidates will not be provided. However, if any failed candidate desires to obtain the hard copy of HSLC markssheets will have to apply at the Assam State School Education Board, Division – I office, separately.

While indianexpress.com reported on Wednesday that the HSLC result will be out on Thursday, however, the Chief Minister tweeted that the result would not be releasing on April 10. The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division – I, is ready with the Class 10 matric results and has decided to announce this today at 10:30 am. State Education Minister Ranoj Pegu has confirmed the Assam board result date and time.

A total of 4,19,078 students appeared for the Class 10 Assam board exam last year. Of them, a total of 3,17,317 students passed the exam. The overall pass percentage was 75.7 per cent last year.

The Assam board Class 10 matric result link will be available at the official website — asseb.in, sebaonline.org and resultsassam.nic.in. Students will be able to check and download the Assam HSLC 10th result marksheet also from the education.indianexpress.com website.

The Class 10 matric result will be declared at 10.30 am.
