AIBE 2024: Registration deadline extended; exam postponed

AIBE 19 Registration 2024: The registration for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 2024 was supposed to end today, but has been extended till November 15. Students who want to appear for the AIBE 19 can visit —allindiabarexamination.com and fill out the application form. Candidates who want to read the guidelines, and syllabus carefully must visit the barcouncilofindia.org.

Additionally, the exam has also been postponed to December 22.

The admit cards for AIBE 2024 will be released on December 15, instead of November 18. The host, the Bar Council of India will also given time to candidates to modify the application form in case, they made an error.

AIBE 19 Registration: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official site of AIBE — allindiabarexamination.com

Step 2: Register your account by entering the login details

Step 3: Fill in the details required including names, contact details, educational qualifications

Step 4: Make the payment of application fees

Step 5: Click on submit and your application will be submitted

The passing mark for the AIBE 2024 is 45% for General and OBC categories, and 40% for SC, ST, and disabled categories. The exam is open book and is conducted in 50 cities with 140 centers. Additionally, a new examination center has been added in VijayawadaAndhra Pradesh for the convenience of students.

The 100 marks examination will cover various aspects of the law like: Constitutional law, Indian Pena Code, intellectual property, Evidence Act, Family Law, Administration Law, Cyber Law, Law related to Taxation, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act, Land Acquisition Act, among others.
