TOP CONGRESS leaders were in for a surprise the other day when they reached AICC headquarters to attend a meeting chaired by party chief Sonia Gandhi. All of them were asked to keep their phones outside the meeting hall. And the rule was equal for one and all. So, what prompted Gandhi to ask the leaders to keep their phones out.
