Bringing alive the charm of the 5000 years old Egyptian civilization was the Egyptian civilization round,which was also adjudged the best sequence. From its pyramids,which have stood the test of time,to the mystic stories hidden in the hieroglyphics on the tombs of the Pharaohs,ancient Egypt provides a fascinating historical period which was reflected in the designs created by designers. Kalyani Patil and Akshata Page won the best designer award in this category. The evening gown category flaunted revolutionary comfort fit gowns; while the club wear boasted of trendy,flirty and fun club wear in pure satins,Napa leather,knitted jerseys,and denim. And the ethnic category celebrated the spirit of traditional Indian fashion. Aparna Ashtikar,Pradnya Kelkar,Kalyani Patil were the best designer in the club wear category,evening wear category and ethnic wear category respectively.
