I would have been a lawyer because I was always good at arguing and stating my point.
Which method of cooking do you think is the healthiest?
It has to be steaming and grilling food.
Indian or continental,which cuisine do you prefer?
In my opinion,both Indian and Continental food have their own specialties. Both are rich in nutrition,so I would go for both.
Do you think Puneites experiment with their food?
Yes,they are very clear about what they eat and love to experiment with the food.
What is your favourite spice to cook with and why?
Peppercorn is a very classy ingredient and has got a flavour of its own. It can do wonders to any dish. Just a hint of pepper and salt can bring out amazing results. So,my favourite spice has to be peppercorn.
In your opinion what are the important guidelines a cook should have in mind while cooking?
The cook should have the basic ingredients. Plus,equipments should be in place. For example,you cannot grill a chicken in a handi. Also the cook should keep in mind the right and proper technique of cooking. Because the technique can either make or spoil the dish totally.
