Tata Motors announces bonus for plant staff

Ahead of Diwali,Tata Motors has announced a special bonus and production linked payment of Rs 30,301 for its Pune plant. The company management and the Tata Motors Employees Union signed the agreement at its Pimpri plant on Thursday. This includes bonus for 2009-10 and 2010-11 production-linked payment.

Those workers who are part of the company’s superannuation scheme will get Rs 15,750 as adhoc payment,the company said. This was to acknowledge the role played by them and the union in helping the company perform well. CVBU head R Bhaskar,AP Mane,CVBU finance head,Prashant Ahir ,GM,HR,Sujit Patil, president,Motors Employees Union and Shivaji Shedke attended the meet.
