Uniformed Act

All through the academic year,Lavasa Corporation Limited conducts self-development programmes for children from the villages at Lavasa. This year,on the occasion of Republic Day,it provided a fresh set of uniforms to the children studying at 10 Zilla Parishad Schools from the region. This initiative was supported by the local village representatives. It was meant to not only support the underprivileged children who lack basic amenities,but also aims to inspire them to go to school regularly. Over 460 students from anganwadi to students of Std VII studying at schools from Dhamanohol,Mugaon,Bhoini,Dasve,Ramnagar,Kangurmal and Palshe received the uniforms from the sarpanch,deputy sarpanch,principal and head masters of schools from each village.
