Summer special trains from Pune

Considering the approaching summer vacations,the Central Railway has announced a number of summer special trains from Pune.

The trains
* Pune-Ahmedabad special: every Thursday between April 1 and June 24; the train will depart from Pune at 3.20 pm and arrive Ahemadabad next day at 4 am. The same train will leave Ahmedabad at 2.10 pm and 4 reach Pune next day at 4.45 am. The train will have a total of 19 cases,of which 11 are second class reserved coaches
* Pune-Gorakhapur: every Wednesday from April 7 April to June 23; will depart Pune at 3.30 pm and reach Gorakhapur at 3.30 am. This train will have 10 second class reserved coaches
* Pune-Hazrat Nizamuddin special: every Friday from April 2 to June 25; depart Pune at 2.10 pm and will arrive Nizamuddin next day at 4.40 pm
* Pune-Agra Cantonment special: every Sunday from April 4 to June 27; depart at 2.10 pm and reach Agra next day at 1 pm; The train will have 10 second class reserved coaches,one IIITire AC,2 general compartments and 2 SLRs
* Pune-Lucknow special weekly: every Sunday from April 4 to June 26; depart Pune at 4.15 pm and arrive Lucknow next day at 5.10 pm
* Pune-Jaipur weekly superfast summer special: every Sunday from April 4 to June 27; depart Pune at 3.20 pm and arrive Jaipur next day at 1.40 pm; will have eight second class reserve coaches,four second class unreserved general compartments one second AC,two III tier AC and two SLR; total number of coaches 17
* Pune-Hyderabad superfast Shatabdi summer special: four days a week — Sunday,Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday; from April 1 to June 29; depart Pune at 6 am and arrive Hyderabad at 2.30 pm;
* Dadar(T)-Chennai Central weekly superfast Garib Rath summer special: every Thursday from April 8
* Dadar-Hyderabad: via Pune every Sunday from April 18 and June 27

Gate closed on Thursday
Due to annual maintenance of level crossing gate 68/A situated at Ghorpadi-Mundhawa Road of Pune-Solapur section,the gate shall be closed for road traffic between 12 am to 4 am on March 11.
