The Utkal Samaj of Pune will celebrate the 76th Odisha Divas on April 1 at the Nehru Memorial Hall,Camp. A cultural programme will be staged by Manini Sanskrutik Kala Parishad,Cuttack,in the evening. The day is celebrated in the memory of the formation of the state of Orissa as a separate province in 1936. Amulya Kumar Bal,president of the Samaj,will preside over the occasion.
