Pune is very close to my heart,my in-laws stay here and as I come here often,it feels like home”,is what ace chef,Mr. Sanjeev Kapoor had to say about launching his latest book,’Simply Stylish – Entertaining at home’. Dressed in a dark coat,a clean white shirt and denims, the famous chef answered on who is his target audience,“ All my books are targeted at various demands of the people and with this book I want to reach out to people who are looking at cooking for occasions at home. Whether they are business parties or family celebrations, this book will be very useful,as the recipes in this book are, simple easy to cook recipes with a few changes and also a stylish presentation is incorporated” Along with Harsha Bhatkal of Popular Prakashan,Kapoor answered and interacted with those present at the Crossword book store,on East Street in Camp. This is the first launch of this book, and Kapoor called it the national launch of Simply Stylish. As the evening progressed,Kapoor- the face of India’s most popular cookery show, had only words of advice for his readers,“Rather than simply copying what I have written in my book, try to understand the recipe and include your own variations and changes.
