Musical night
The city will witness an audio- visual musical treat- A night to remember with none other than the legendary singer Engelbert Humperdinck. “A magnificent night featuring the king of romance,his music spans over a wide spectrum – from Nordic to soul to a little foot-tapping rock n roll. Pune will be witnessing such an event for the first time,and we are sure it will be an unforgettable evening for those who attend it,” says Behroze Dastoor of Velvette Ropes,organisers of the show. Top chart numbers such as- Release me,The last waltz,Man without love,Winter world of love,Spanish eyes,The way it used to be,Another time another place and the album which won him his first Grammy- After the Lovin will be played to mesmerise the audience and transport them to the 70s and 80s. The event will be held on May 16 at Pyramid Lawns,Koregaon Park,7.30 pm onwards.
