Rock,all the way
With a chance to get up-close and personal with their favorite stars like Paul McCartney,Pearl Jam and Stevie Wonder,Hard Rock Cafe is holding the Return of Ambassadors of Rock 2010 contest for all music lovers. The winners of the contest will get a chance to attend three day long rock concert to be held between June 25-27,at Hyde Park,London with legendary performances. The café in the city will run the Ambassador of Rock contest till April 29. Hard Rock Calling is annual festival held by Hard Rock Café and this year Pearl Jam will rock the stage on the opening night with Motown legend Stevie Wonder enthralling the audiences on Saturday and rock n’ roll royalty Paul McCartney closing the three-day concert festival on a grand note.

Music for the soul
With having had several accolades under their belts the Kodály Quartet from Budapest will be performing in the city on Sunday at 6.30 pm and on Monday at 7 pm at the Mazda Hall in Camp. Comprising of four members Attila Falvay on the1st Violin Erika Tóth on the 2nd Violin János Fejérvári on the Viola and György Éder on the Cello the Quartet will be performing pieces from the compositions of masters like Beethoven and Schubert. Having performed already across almost all European nations and also in North America,the group has been awrded with various awards like the Ferenc Liszt Award (1970),Artist of Merit of the Hungarian Republic (1990) and the Bartók-Pasztory Award (1996).
