Designing for a cause
An inter-NGO fashion and creative design competition is being organised by Innocent Heroes Foundation in collaboration with Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID). The workshop,named Unity united in spirit,intent on one purpose,a rainbow of hope,starts on January 4 at 10 am in the Symbiosis Campus (Viman Nagar) and ends on January 9 with a presentation and exhibition. Deepak Shah,entrepeur,as chief guest for exhibition. Eight NGO with 40 underprivileged children and others will attend the workshop and exhibition.

Musical treat
The Chemistry department of Pune University is organising a musical concert,which will be arranged for by Third Bell Entertainment. The event would include performance by renowed artiste from the field of music - Sitar,dance and vocals. While Sameep Kulkarni will be on Sitar,Sujit Soman will enthrall audience by rendering songs. Abha Auti and Punam Panchawagh will perform a dance,while Sameer Suryawanshi will be on tabla. The programme will be compered by Swapnil Raste.The event would take place in Namdeo auditorium on January 5 from 6 to 8 pm.
