Folk drama
India has always been a land where folklore has reflected the essence of the rich culture and traditions that envelope our society. Razz-Ma-Tazz Drama Therapy Club has introduced- Folk Attack,a medium to showcase folktales that has been dramatised to be suitable for all audiences. The concept has been brought to life by the addition of secretive confessions and poems that reflect the soul of true India. The performers are in the age group of four to 13 years. Folk Attack includes stories like The Servant and the Treasure and The Day the Earth Broke into two. The complete stress of the programme is on drama and speech. No kinds of special drapery or props are being used so that the free, improvisational actions of the children are brought to the fore in the best way possible. The programme will be held on October 3,at PVG Auditorium, opposite Muktangan High School,Sahakarnagar,at 7 pm.
