On Thursday evening,shoppers at Phoenix Market City decided to wait around a little longer to get a glimpse of their favorite cricket stars. It was the opening of Zaheer Khan’s second restaurant called Zaheer Khan’s in the city. Khan hosted a lavish dinner for his team Royal Challengers,Bangalore. Amidst strong security fans cheered as they saw Anil Kumbale,Virat Kohli,Muthtaih Muralitharan,Mohammad Kaif and others walk in at the mall. Murali Karthik,Mithun Manhas,Ashish Nehra,Rahul Sharma from Pune Warriors India were also present for the launch. At the press conference,Khan credited the success of his chain to the hard-work put by his brother Anees Khan and family. During the launch of the first restaurant,Khan had participated into even finalising the minute details like décor,selection of crockery and menu due to availability of time as he was taking rest due to injury. The cricketer also plans to take the chain to other cities like Mumbai and Bangalore in near future.
