To commemorate India’s 66th year as an independent nation this August 15,MoMo Café,Courtyard by Marriott,presents a special Independence Day brunch. The in-house chefs bring to the plate the three colours of Indian flag in an elaborate buffet spread,offering a range of scrumptious vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Treat yourself to mouth-watering dishes such as Murgh zafrani,trio of Subz miloni,Sahi korma,Vegetable makhani,Tri-colour pulao,Stir-fried vegetables in black bean sauce,and Tri-coloured Cannelloni of spinach tomato and cream sauce. A wide range of desserts such as Tri-coloured macaroons,Passion-fruit Pannacotta and Tri-colour lollypops are also on offer. The brunch,priced at Rs 999 (plus taxes) is absolutely free for senior citizens; all they have to do is carry an ID proof.
