Godrej Natures Basket hosted the launch of Sense for Spice,a book based on Konkani recipes by Tara Deshpande. Writer and actor Deshpande demonstrated how to cook various lip-smacking recipes such as Prawns koliwada and Bang-bang batata. The workshop,which took place at the Aundh store,saw participants picking up tips and interacting with Deshpande to create exotic and scrumptious Konkani food. It is exciting to see how receptive people are towards Konkan cuisine. This book is a guide to Konkan cuisine,one of Indias richest food cultures,adapted to the modern kitchen, she said.
