Mum knows best
No matter how well we cook, our mother is always a shade better. This is not a phenomenon restricted to us alone even chefs feel that way. The festival also features a cooking class today, meant especially for husbands, called ‘Reversal of Roles’.
Eat drink love
Often,we are stuck wondering which dish goes best with which wine. Isn’t it easier when someone decides it for us? The Hyatt Regency recently hosted a wine dinner, where guests enjoyed a four course meal with nonveg and veg options and delicacies like stuffed gratinated portobello mushrooms ,roasted sundried tomato and soul fish ravioli with clam sauce, paired with excellent wine. City socialites and members of the expats communities from France and Italy were present for the event. A representative of Ginestet Wines was also present and educated the guests with interesting trivia on wines, vineyards and the wine business.
