Wine-n-dine
Zikomo,Balewadi Phata,is organising a wine tasting session and a brunch on August 28. One can sip on to red and white delicacies from the house of the Deccan Plateau Vineyard,and grab a bite from the continental brunch platter. The five-course meal will include soups,appetisers,salads,main course and dessert. There will be delicious crab cake served with tomato relish,coconut crusted prawns on saffron upma pan cake,cottage cheese steak with okra Provencal and the rose Pannacotta. The brunch will start at noon.

The Oye Dilli…Dilli Oye food fest at Citrus Hotel,Pimpri,has brought delicious flavours from the streets of Delhi to enthrall Pune’s taste buds. From paranthas from the Parathewali galli in Chandni Chowk to Kareem’s mouthwatering biriyani and the mithai from Old Delhi,there’s a lot to look forward to. The starters include spicy dahi bhalles,gol gappes,and shammi kebabs. Kismis ki chutney,zimikand ka achaar and karele ki chutney add to tangy cravings. The paratha platter includes dal parantha,papad parantha and the like. Apart from Kareem’s special biryani,there is pindi chhole and paneer dum makhani. And to end this buffet,there’s Kesari thandai,rabadi falooda and kulfi jalebi.
