LLPA celebrates foundation day

The Labour Law Practitioners Association (LLPA),Pune celebrated its 39th Foundation Day on Saturday. Retired Justice P B Sawant,expressed his views on the changing scenario of Indian Labour Laws. “The psyche of the worker in 1950 was something different from the present day workers as the face of the Indian industry is changing. The problems,too,have changed,” he said.

The LLPA Pune also launched their website http://www.llpapune.com on the occasion. “The website would be useful not only to the members but also to the public at large,human resource managers,students,judges and lawyers,” said advocate Srikant Malegaonkar,president of LLPA Pune. The website will contain a newsletter with latest case laws ,industrial scenario and industrial issues. As part of the function,all the former presidents of LLPA Pune and members who have completed 25 years of law practice were felicitated by Justice Sawant.
