Twenty one students of Craft Course organised by Rich Graviss Products Pvt Ltd and Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (MSIHMCT) received their certificates at their recently held convocation. The course aimed at creating employment opportunities for youths from lower income backgrounds. The course also has a segment that deals,not just with craftsmanship,but also with how to operate a bakery. Chef Pankaj Jain,corporate chef with Rich Graviss Products Pvt Ltd,said,“We are planning to take this course to several institutes and create recognised and acknowledged certification for the industry and its potential employees.” The convocation was attended by the principal and faculty members of MSIHMCT and Umesh Giramkar,owner of New Poona Bakery.
