Even if Anna Hazare did not want political parties to contribute in the anti-corruption movement,their isolation may prove to be a blunder. It is up to the civil society to take the initiative to bridge the differences among the parties else they may become stumbling blocks stalling the Jan Lokpal Bill in Parliament.

The opening of the Bhosari flyover will finally ease the perennial traffic congestion on the Pune-Nashik highway. On May 1,Deptuy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar inaugurated the flyover which reportedly costs Rs 100 crore. By building the flyover,the PCMC has done a wonderful job as for years,traffic snarls and congestions had become order of the day in Bhosari. The flyover has enhanced the image of the suburb of Bhosari which has 35 corporators.
