Where do you think the team lacks?
The team looks balanced but I don’t think there are good fielders. Fielding in 20/20 is very crucial,but after going through the list of players,I think good fielders are missing from the side.

Who do you think should captain the side,Yuvraj or Smith?
It will be difficult for the Warriors to make a choice as both are good captains. But what weighs in favour of Smith is that he had captained an international side. My personal preference will be Yuvraj. That is because he knows the local players and local conditions which is not so in case of Smith. The possibility of Yuvraj becoming the captain cannot be ruled out.

Who are the Maharashtra players you think should make it to the team?
There are a number of Maharashtra players who have done well in 20/20 tournaments. Kedar Jadhav,Khadiwale and Jadhav look front runners.

Who are the players you think Warriors missed out?
I don’t understand why nobody picked Gayle. He is like thunderstorm. If Warrior had picked Gayle that would have given them massive advantage. May be I think due to international committments of Gayle,he was not picked by any team.

Do you think by not picking Sourav Ganguly,IPL franchisees have insulted him ?
I don’t think it is disrespect to Ganguly in anyway. May be the franchisees were looking for younger and match-fit players. Also,the money factor must have played a key role in Ganguly remaining at bay.
