Inter-Information Tech Football: BMC beat Infosys

BMC Software beat IBM in the seventh edition of the Inter-Information Technology Football Championship Trophy at the Range Hills Ground,Khadki,here on Saturday.

BMC started the game with flair and some impressive attacks and came close to breaking the deadlock in the first half. In a half dominated largely by midfields,no team looked in complete control of the game as the possession kept changing. The half ended 0-0.

The second half started with a flurry of attacks. BMC took the lead when Maichael Vaz slotted home in the 33rd minute. BMC doubled their lead nine minutes on,when Abhijeet Bakre scored in the 42 nd minute to give BMC a two-goal cushion. They soon got their third as Vaz scored his second to seal the game for BMC. BMC won the game 3-0.
