Hair & there

Everything starts with a good cut. If the shape and balance of your hair is not right, then no matter how much effort you put into styling.

1. Everything starts with a good cut. If the shape and balance of your hair is not right, then no matter how much effort you put into styling, your hair will never live up to its potential. So the first step should always be a good cut.

2. Condition should also be high on your priority list. After the monsoon, hair can be a bit wild and unmanageable and while there is no magic fix, regular conditioning treatments will go a long way to getting the festival season’s look right.

3. b:bold and go for a new look this season! You can update your look and get enough tips for it,but we we can’t do much without your help – so,be prepared to dive in and say yes to something new… A chic bob, anyone?

4. Our favourite looks at the moment are the big bouncy and glamorous blow-dry or if you feel like something a bit more daring, this killer party do is a cinch – Take out a triangular section in the front top area and with a little light backcombing, shape into a quiff and pin into place. Tightly pull the remainder of the hair back into a low slung ponytail off to one side at the nape of the neck and to really rock the look, use texture tonic to give it a slightly disheveled finish too.

5. No look is complete without the right colour. You don’t have to go crazy; in fact,we recommend making the most of clever placement and subtle toffee and biscuit tones to really make a style statement. Nothing says ‘cool’ better than looking effortless and at ease.
