Journalism of Courage
A classical guitarist hailing from Spain,Pedro Rodrigues is in the city to present a unique experience in music. He started learning music at the age of five,and later went on to complete his course of study with highest honors and as recipient of the Gulbenkian Scholarship. He received his PhD from Aveiro University in 2011 and has performed either as a soloist,chamber music ensemblesor orchestras in Europe,north and south America,Asia and Africa at prestigious halls. He taught at the National Conservatory in Lisbon,Oporto Music School and currently teaches at Aveiro University. Rodrigues will present a guitar recital at Mazda Hall,Dastur Primary School,Camp,today,at 6:30pm.
