– There should be a three-month gap since the previous donation

– Donations should only be made four days after ending any antibiotics or other medication

– Mothers should donate only two years after the birth of their child

– Patients must wait a year after major surgery and for six months after minor surgery

– Should be between 18 to 65 years

– Haemoglobin should be equal to or above 12.5

– BP should be normal
